APPETIZERS:

Buffalo Wings – available in spicy Cajun, red hot (don’t say we didn’t warn you), salt and pepper, teriyaki, Creole.
All of our wings are dry rubbed, not just doused in sauces. $7.50

Crispy Rib Pickens - mini rib’s that are dry rubbed in salt and pepper spices, served with a smoky bbq dipping sauce. Great for sharing! $9.00

Potato Skins (wedges) – Cajun spiced with a sour cream side. $7.00
Mustang Nachos – fully loaded with mince, olives, beans, peppers, jalapeno’s, and cheese. Two sizes, medium and large $9 and $16

Mustang Poutine - Poutine is a Quebec (East Canada) dish..not tex-mex but damn good. Its fries with gravy and cheese…heart attack on a plate. $6

Basket “O” Fries – if you need a description of this…well…hmmm $5

Onion Rings – Ah….read above description. $6

Chips and Fresh Salsa – you get the picture… $3

Chicken or Chorizo Quesadilla- Large flour tortilla grilled with cheese, spicy chorizo sausage or chicken served with onions, bell pepper and sour cream. $8

Jalapeno Cornbread- homemade cornbread with jalapenos…………..yeah daddy!!! $4

Cigarillos’ - small Mexican style spring rolls filled with pulled pork and fresh vege’s. Great for sharing. $6

Chili bowls – A bread bowl with the insides scooped out. Filled with our homemade chili. Use scooped out bread for dipping, and then spice it to your taste with a selection of tabasco’s

Firecracker Broccoli – Crunchy Broccoli florets tossed in a Hoisin sauce, glazed with chili and almonds. Yum! $6

Jalapeno Poppers – Jalapeno’s stuffed with our mixture of mozzarella and cream cheese, breaded and deep fried. Wicked! $8

Kumura Fries – Do we really need to explain? $6

Seafood Chowder – A fresh selection of prawns, calamari, mussels, and salmon in a creamy white sauce served in a warm toasted cob bread bowl $9

TACOS: $3.50 per taco or three for $10

Choice of meats: Shredded Chicken, Mince, Pulled Pork, Braised Beef, Smoked Salmon, Vegetarian (Beans)

Chicken: marinated chicken breast and char-grilled to perfection.

Mince: Classic taco mince with just a hint of spice…it’s a secret.

Pulled pork: braised and pulled off the bone, seasoned with garlic, thyme and cracked pepper

Braised beef: rubbed with chipotle adobo, cumin, cloves and oregano

Smoked Salmon: fresh smoked Salmon, rubbed with garlic, thyme, and smoked paprika, and then glazed in a Hoisin sauce.

Vegetarian: slow cooked Mexican beans with guacamole and onions and peppers

All Taco’s come with a choice of salsas:

BURGERS:

Open faced, homemade burgers (patty on one bun and fixings on the other) with fries, onion rings or salad.

1. No frills Burger – beef patty, lettuce, tomato, onion $9

2. Philly Cheese Steak - this originally comes as a sub, but we decided to make it a burger…sautéed sirloin steak strips, bell peppers, onions, dripping in melted cheese and gravy…fantastic! $13

3. Mushroom Swiss Burger – kinda obvious what’s on this one $12

4. Loaded Mustang Burger - everything on…bacon, mushrooms, lettuce, tomato, cheese, sautéed onions $14

5. Cajun Chicken Burger - Cajun crusted chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, onions $12

6. Mustang ‘Loaded’ Chicken Burger - same as the loaded burger but with chicken instead of beef $14

7. Veggie Burger – for a vege patty, this one is damn good. $11

8. Portobello, Blue Cheese Burger – another vegetarian burger, but a huge Portobello mushroom instead of a paddy, dripping in tangy bleu cheese. $11
SALADS:

TACO SALAD – a Texas classic. A deep fried tortilla shell stuffed full of lettuce, tomato, green onions, cheese, beans, and of course…our famous mince. Your choice of heat…none, mild, hot, insane! $9

SANTA FE SALAD – another classic that keeps getting better. A great mixture of romaine, iceburg, tomatos, onion, a few different cheeses, and crispy tortilla strips. $9.

CAESAR SALAD – You might not know this, but the original Caesar salad was made in Tijuana, Mexico in 1924. A classic with romaine, croutons, garlic, lemon, parmesan cheese and a few extra spices. $9

Pizza Bread $7

Margherita, with tomato, garlic, basil, mozzarella and parmesan $10

Pepperoni pizza with capsicum, mushrooms, olives, chorizo, bacon and onions $16

Proscuitto with red peppers, mushroom, anchovies, olives, tomato and basil pesto $16

Kalamata olives with feta cheese, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, and mushrooms. $14

Tex-mex special, with sirloin strips, capsicum, onions, jalapenos, and a chipotle BBQ sauce. $15

Taco mince and mozzarella cheese, drizzled with a creamy bleu cheese sauce. $14

BURRITOS $16

We offer a variety of choices: BEEF, CHICKEN, STEAK, and BEAN
Rolled with mozzarella cheese, Spanish rice, avocado and red Chile mole.

ENCHILADAS $16
Tender sirloin steak, New Mexico chilies, cheddar and mozzarella cheese, wrapped in a flour tortilla and baked in amarilla sauce. Topped with guacamole and sour cream. Served with refried beans and Mexican rice.

FAJITAS $18 for one $28 to share between two
Sizzling platter for one or to share
Marinated sirloin steak, or tender pieces of chicken breast, grilled then sautéed with green peppers, red peppers and onions, brought to your table in a sizzling hot skillet. With refried beans, lettuce, fresh guacamole, sour cream, Pico de Gallo and warm flour tortillas.
Make it a vegetarian dish and we just add more vege’s.

BRAISED PORK AND BEANS $16

Tender pieces of braised pork resting on a bed of beans, glazed in a chipotle adobo. Homemade Jalapeno cornbread on the side. Awesome comfort food.

Baby back ribs. We offer this bad boy in four sizes. S. M. L. XL
12 day aged ribs, smoked for 8 hours over a hickory BBQ…cooked to perfection. Slathered in BBQ sauce with a side of Jalapeno cornbread. Get in and get messy.

CREOLE CHICKEN: $18
Dry rubbed, seared chicken breast in our Creole spices, served with a red pepper and tomato concass.

STEAKS:
All our steaks come with a choice of 2 sides: Firecracker broccoli; fries; caesar or house salad; onion rings; mashed potato; corn on the cob if it’s in season.

T-BONE $24
The granddaddy of steaks. A 16oz T-Bone, dry rubbed in our special spices, and cooked to perfection. Order it the way you want it.

SIRLOIN $23
Old faithful!! A succulent piece of meat (considered by many to be the most flavourful of steaks) that is cooked any way you like it. An aged steak that is dry rubbed in our special spices.

EYE FILLET $28
We have infused this gorgeous steak with Jack Daniels No. 7 to take this meat to beyond succulent. Surrounded by baby potatoes, portabello mushrooms, panchetta, and bleu cheese, and then drizzled with California mango salsa…Wow!!! We recommend it medium rare to make the most of this experience.

Big Tex Grill $14
Texas is a big state with big appetites, so if it’s size you want, this is it.
2 eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, sautéed mushrooms, grilled tomato and a toasted chiabatta bun.

Bacon and Eggs (2) $7
Nothing is as simple or as classic as a serving of bacon and eggs on toast, with a fried tomato on the side. You choose the style of eggs.

Eggs Benedict $11
A toasted English muffin layered with bacon and a poached egg with homemade hollandaise sauce. Served with hash browns and drizzled with sundried tomato pesto.

Eggs Florentine $11
A small variation on the classic eggs benny. Instead of bacon, this one is all vegetarian.
A toasted English muffin, layered with spinach, tomato and avocado, topped with hollandaise sauce and served with a side order of hash browns.

The Elvis $10
The King of Rock and Roll loved his fried bananas and so do we.
Fried bread, grilled banana, bacon and maple syrup. Delicious!!

Breakfast Burrito $11
Not much to say about this breakfast dish. It’s a scramble of eggs, bacon, mushrooms and cheese wrapped up in a large flour tortilla, with a side of homemade salsa.

Lox Bagel $8
A New York favourite and one of ours as well. It just had to go on the menu.
A toasted plain bagel smothered in cream cheese and topped with smoked salmon and capers. Sliced banana on the side.

Huevos Rancheros $14
An absolute classic Tex-Mex breakfast. Try it just once and you won’t ever have anything else for brunch again.
A smoked salmon filled burrito, topped with guacamole, poached eggs, sour cream, and grated cheese. Surrounded by baked beans and hash browns.

Extras: $2 per item

Mimosa $8
A glass of champagne with peach nectar and orange juice.

Parties are organized as a “Buy Out” option, (see below), or by pre-ordering food and liquor to a mutually agreed upon total. Private Party menu’s are offered from our regular menu and must be ordered a minimum of one-week prior the event. 50% deposit taken upon order. 72-hour cancellation notice is required for money back.

Buy Outs
Groups of 50 or more are required to “Buy Out” the venue. This ensures a completely private event. Buy Out menus must be pre-ordered. 50% deposit taken upon order. 72-cancellation notice required for money back.
