This classic Thai Curry is full of aroma and flavours. Seasonal vegetable, sliced bamboo and baby corn cooked in curry sauce made with herbs, spices, fresh green chilli and coconut cream

3.2. Red Curry (Gaeng Daeng) Medium
Prepared wth same way as the green curry except dried red chilli is used which gives it a milder in taste and aroma than green curry

3.3. Roasted Duck Curry (Gaeng Ped Phed Yang) Medium
This is a very popular restaurant menu in Thailand. Duck is first roasted then cooked in creamy red curry sauce with pineapple and fresh vegetable $21.95

Chicken pieces, baby corn and carrot cooked in thick curry and peanut sauce $18.95

3.6. Yellow Chicken Curry (Gaeng Gari Gai) - Mildish Medium
Yellow in colour, less spicy yet creamier than other type of curry. Chicken pieces, onion and potato $17.95

3.7. Beef Curry (Massaman Nua) Mildish Medium
Beef, onion and potato cooked in Indian style curry and roasted peanut $18.95

3.8. Jungle Curry (Gang Pah) Medium
Unique Thai curry that does not have coconut cream added. Chiecken pieces cooked in wild ginger curry sauce with added fresh vegetable. For authenticity we recommend Thai hot. Please note that this curry does not come mild. $17.95

3.9. Salmon Curry (Chuchee Pla Salmon) – Medium
Salmon pieces, bamboo and fresh seasonal vegetable cooked in red curry sauce. $22.50

5.2. Garlic Pepper Pork (Moo Tod Gratiem Prik Thai) – medium
Sliced pork scotch marinated in garlic and crushed pepper, pan fried and served with side salad and sauce $18.95

5.4 Whole Snapper (Pla Kapong) – medium hot
Whole fish is a highlight of the meal in Thailand. Whole snapper is deep-fried topped with chilli sauce. Availability depends on the supply of the day $28.95

6. THAI SALADS
All served warm on a bed of mixed salad
Available in medium, medium hot, hot and Thai hot. NO MILD
Only available in main size. One plate between two makes a great appetizer.

6.1. North Eastern Chicken Salad (Larb Gai)
Originally from North Eastern Thailand (Isaan). But now very popular amongst Thai people all over the world. Chicken pieces tossed in lime juice and fish sauce. Then garnished with ground dried chilli, ground roasted rice, onion and spring onion. $18.95

6.2. Beef Salad (Yum Nua)
Sliced beef and fresh vegetable tossed in classic Thai salad dressing (hot, sour, sweet and salty) which derived from fresh chilli, lime juice, palm sugar and fish sauce. $17.95

6.3. Seafood Salad (Yum Thaley)
Prawns, scallops, mussels and squid mixed with fresh vegetable and tossed in classic Thai salad dressing. $20.95

6.4. Glass Noodle Salad (Yum Woonsen)
This type of noodle is made from bean curd. It is transparent like glass when cooked. It is mixed with your choice of meat and fresh vegetable then tossed in classic Thai salad dressing before serve.
