Our Head Chef Geoffrey Welham is a highly experienced Chef with 15 years in the profession, progressing from kitchen porter to Head Chef.

Throughout his career, he has always worked within highly acclaimed establishments, working for some of the best chefs in the countries he has traveled to, in order to give himself a well rounded view and outlook on the industry.

He is a highly dedicated and motivated individual who strives for excellence in everything that he does. He cooks with flair and creativity and uses the freshest and best produce available to him. He leads a small but passionate team of individuals who create all our dishes on site from the fresh daily bread to our selection of homemade ice-creams and sorbets.
