AL DENTE is the newest Italian restaurant in the viaduct area. Owner-Manager is Sean Aram, who created the humming "LA DOLCE VITA" in High St. some years ago. The space is absolute class, with gorgeous drapes, chandeliers, a waterfall, comfy chairs, and lovely interior fittings...what better way to have a plate of pasta in the middle of the day-- you will not believe the cheap-eats pricing for how great the ambience is.
